Ideas?

1. index cards for stuff we use in church, so people know where things are stored at the Church, so if someone else looks for something there is a chance they will find it.
2. What happened last mass, is there a better way than looking out in the pews for a lector?, or other people who are supposed to be in roles at the mass?
